What is included in a package?
Packages include professional photographer on location, 20-50 retouched photographs, a listing website, 2-6 panoramic scenes, and 25-50 double brochures (quantity of photos, tours and brochures depends on the package you choose)
What is the turn around time for the whole project?
The whole project will be completed within 24-48 hours from the
time the photographer comes on location to the time you receive
your brochures.
The morning after the photo shoot you will receive:
* 20-40 of the best retouched shots
* listing website
* first proof of the brochure
Following all necessary changes, the brochures will be printed
within several hours after the final proof is approved.
Can I have a separate domain for my virtual tour weblink?
Yes, we can set up a separate domain for you, for example:
www.123address.com
How soon can I receive my brochures after printing?
The brochures will be printed within several hours after the final proof is approved and can be picked up at one of our printing locations or they can be shipped directly to you.
How soon can I book the photographer?
Once you have chosen and booked your package, we generally have a photographer available to go on location the next business day.

Can you upload 9 photos to my MLS listing?
We can help you upload 9 MLS photographs (selected by you) to
your listing during business days (Monday to Friday).
How do I upload the Virtual Tour to my MLS listing?
We can also help you upload the property webpage we create to your MLS listing during business days (Monday to Friday).
How far will you travel to location?
Our general area of travel is North/South between HWY 407 and Lake Ontario, and East/West between Markham Road and Mavis Road. We may travel beyond these limits upon special request, however, additional charges may apply.
How many photos are included in the brochure?
Generally we include 15-20 photos in the brochure; however, the final number is negotiable.
